NCR Biochemical achieves UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification

A new milestone has been reached in NCR Biochemical’s journey towards responsible and sustainable growth: N.C.R. Biochemical S.p.A. has officially obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification.

The certification, issued by the independent certification body Dasa-Rägister S.p.A., recognises the company’s commitment to implementing policies and measures aimed at promoting gender equality, fairness and equal opportunities in the workplace.

The certification covers our operating sites in Castello D’Argile (BO) and Caronno Pertusella (VA) and applies to our main business activities, from the design and production of chemical and biological products for water treatment, the paper and sugar industries, to technical assistance.

For NCR Biochemical, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification represents tangible recognition of our commitment to our people and to building a working environment based on respect, fairness and equal opportunities.

This journey was included among the objectives outlined in our 2025 Sustainability Report, and achieving the certification now represents a new starting point: we will continue to monitor and develop our internal policies to foster an increasingly inclusive organisation that puts people at the centre.
